The penny drive is a special project that was initiated by  MediPharm Administrator. We collect pennies that might have been left on the streets, in our purses for months or just the pennies you can afford to give away.

All pennies collected or donated will be used for needy patients.  Some patients used the penny bowl for transporation to pick up their prescriptions, some use the pennies to make up their $2.99 to pay for their prescription. Some used the pennies to buy a burger because they are hungry. Please help us with our pennies collection. They really come in handy for the needy. The pennies could go a long way if we had a enough the help more people.

We have patients that come into the pharmacy with their prescription and  a dollar and few pennies. The prescription most time will be on the $2.99 list.

we will fill the prescription for the patient and allow them to come back and pay the $1.99. When the penny bowl was available and full, we would count the $1.99 from the penny bowl. This way the customers have their prescription without owing the pharmacy.

We can pick up the pennies you have, no matter what amount. You can also drop it at our Bellevue Blvd. Location.  The penny bowl is presently empty, but still sits on the stool near the front door waiting for helping hands to help those that are so desperately in need of a few pennies.
